To Place an Order
Domestic US or International customers can call us at (305) 336-3401, or you can order online at www.3d-detailing.myshopify.com.
We are available Monday – Friday form 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, Zelle, Wire Transfers and Apple Pay. For your protection, personal checks and large purchases my require proof of ID. When paid by check, orders could be delayed until clearance from your financial institution.

Shipping and Freight
Your orders will be shipped via USPS ground or truck by the end of the next business day. (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). Overnight service and 2nd Day shipment is also available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Drums, specialty items and orders over 250 lbs will be shipped via LTL Carrier. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed on the invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and it is the buyers responsibility for paying any freight charge incurred by refused shipments and unclaimed goods.
Orders that are International, over $250, or include a polisher, extractor, or other equipment, may require a signature upon delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased from our website, you may return it within ten (10) days from the date received for a full refund, (excluding aerosol and clearance items).
For in store purchases, there are no cash refunds. A credit will be applied to the customer’s account. You may use this credit to purchase other store merchandise. Previously exchanged merchandise may not be returned for a second exchange or credit.
If you want to return any merchandise or received items in error, you have to contact our customer service department for an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number), and UPS call Tag. Returns requested after the 10 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.
Some equipment such as trailers, pressure washer, extractors, and generators are covered in a Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Warranty work is not done by 3D Florida Group and must be repaired by an authorized service center. We would be happy to help you find the location nearest you.
